Homegrown

Our picky little eater planted her own watermelon, because it's her favorite. After watering and weeding all summer. This is what she grew.Getting it into the house was a bit of a challenge for her. Enjoying the fruits of her labor!

I love the watermelon! What a memory for Kaitlyn. She is such a cutie, as are all of your girls. If she is going to try it next year, she may need to get a bigger wheelbarrel. She has a great "green thumb"!

How fun! I am jealous you guys have a place to grow such a huge watermelon. It was so much fun to see you guys and to see how big everyone is. We miss you guys so much!

K-after we went out to dinner w/ you guys I decided to check out your blog. You are such a punk for not telling me you had one since we hardly see you even though we live not too far!

Anyway, your girls are seriously the cutest! We'd love to have them come play soon. I was totally serious when I said you should bring them over & you & Dustin can go out. Or you can go do some shopping during the week. I always stay home now, I've turned into such a homebody!

Okay, so the mom who hates all fruit and veggies happens to grow an amazing garden... and convinces her daughters to eat it. Good going. Kaitlyn, way to go for chosing healthly food. Heaven knows your mom would never eat it.
